Track of the Week - 8 May 2016
My employer believes that it should make a difference in the communities it operates in and part of that thinking is that we're allowed two days a year which we can spend volunteering in some way or another.
This week a few of my team were at the Dogs Trust near Salisbury, picking up a few jobs that they might not get round to while they rightly concentrate on their great work looking after and preparing the dogs for rehoming.
In my quest for a dog-related title for this week I've settled on the late, great David Bowie and the title track from his 1974 album, Diamond Dogs. Released as a single it only reached number 21. It's very Rolling Stones.
Put your best DJ voice in your head and say 'this one goes out to all the people involved in giving dogs a second chance, you're the real diamonds.'
