Track of the Week - 6 November 2016
Alright, this week's link is on the artist and not the track but this is my thing so I can do what I want.
After having a new boiler fitted a couple of weeks ago (in the house, not me personally) the rest of the kitchen needed a makeover. Mrs Tea at Johnny's' dad, a handyman by trade, has done a fabulous job over the last week, tiling, painting and making the worktops look like new.
As we now have a 'kitchen of distinction' I can use the only track I know by this band. This is the third single by indie band Kitchens of Distinction and was released in 1989. I think I must have bought a compilation album with it on or taped it off the John Peel show.
It's quite Psychedelic Furs (with perhaps a bit of Bunnymen for good measure) if you like that sort of thing. (I do.)
