Track of the Week - 12 March 2017
First Fall track since about September. I'm slipping!
I always like to use this feature to record when I've done something for the first time and this week that was making pizza. Properly. No prepared base or just putting it in the oven. Properly, with the whole stretching the dough and throwing it up in the air business. (OK, the dough was pre-prepared but we didn't have all day.)
It was part of an away day with my work family. We had half a day of planning, strategy and suchlike and then headed over to the local Pizza Express for some food-based fun. And fun it was as our friendly host took us through pizza-making and we also had a go at putting a calzone (the most-difficult to make of the pizza family) together.
It was all rather successful and tasty, definitely a good way to spend a couple of hours if you have any team-building events to plan in the future.
I'd completely forgotten about this Fall track. It's tucked away on the b-side of the 12-inch version of the magnificent 1990 single High Tension Line (which got to number 97).
I'm a bit sad that I'd forgotten it as a like it. It bounces along nicely and doesn't outstay its welcome. I don't think it's about pizza though.
