Track of the Week - 3 March 2019
Continuing the story of what to do with some of my dad's stuff - this week I took my mum and some of that stuff to Midsomer Norton to meet with an auction valuer.
As expected, some of the stuff they didn't want to touch and some they were interested in. It'll be a few months before we know how it's all going to pan out though.
OK, so the bloke we met was more of a valuer than an auctioneer but as I haven't achieved much else this week and this is my game I'm going to stretch the truth so I can include this R.E.M. track.
Auctioneer (Another Engine) is from their third album, 1985's Fables of the Reconstruction. It seems like the band didn't like the record much at the time but have grown fond of it.
I like this track, might have to give the rest of the album a listen.
