Things to do (Updated May 2020)

(Copied across from another blog I'm closing down - originally posted 4 January 2015)

In no particular order. And I don't have to do them all this year. Or ever. I won't beat myself up if I can't achieve them. Other things that become more interesting or are easier will likely be added to the list.

Go on Celebrity Mastermind.

Work on children's cartoon series 'Inky, Sminky and Pinky'. Inky is a mischievous octopus (who can live out of water), Sminky is a friendly scorpion who is good with gadgets and engineering and Pinky is a goody-two-shoes piglet.

Write TV documentary/book about impressionist painter Alfred Sisley.

Do something with Highworth Ten website.

Develop TV gameshow idea 'XTC v Adam Ant'.

Devise ridiculous but playable card game.

Try to get better at darts.

Write romantic novel under pen-name Valerie Fairfax (working title 'Where Now Lies Our Fate' - possibly in 140 character instalments on Twitter).

Write sitcom pilot - 'Behind the Counter' (set in coffee shop? - an 'Open All Hours' for Generation Y, less innuendo though).

Win the WSFFL.

Invent board game.

Play 18 holes of golf in less than 100 strokes.

Ongoing

Do some good.  (Volunteering with Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind and Lift-Psychology)

Complete statistical study of Cheltenham Festival since 1989 (and profit from it).

Tell young people that life was better and/or more difficult in my day.

Don't go on Celebrity Masterchef. (OK so far!)

Write more.

Done!

Work out what to do with hair if I get too much thinner on top. (new haircut from Nov 2018)

See the @KMLC20 project through to conclusion. (Finished May 2020)

Study sports psychology. (Level 3 correspondence course completed in 2017)

Write article on candy shrimps.

Change Twitter handle to something shorter.
