Isn't water brilliant? One of humankind's greatest achievements must be the taming of water and the way it has been constrained in our dwellings for our own use.
But what happens when water goes wrong? When it breaks out of where it's supposed to be? It's not pretty let me tell you.
Ok, we weren't in danger but the new sofa (see last week) certainly was, some carpets got a bit damp and a ceiling has not enjoyed the experience. It could have been worse.
The first two lines of Danger of the Water might apply to us to a degree but the rest of it is some sort of river-based incident by the sound of it.
This is a track from the first, self-titled album by Sunderland post-punkers The Futureheads. I did think it was a capella but there is a tiny bit of backing in there too.
