Yes, it is about talking.
I learned about a volunteering opportunity recently with a local talking newspaper for the blind. Some of what they are doing very definitely matched with some of my skills from my (past) career.
I went along this week to find out a bit more about what they might want from me and it turned out they were a person short for recording some of the news items for the next edition. I was happy to step in and will be doing a bit more of that in future.
Talk Talk were active through the eighties and I remember them as a synth-pop band, Wikipedia tells me they were a bit more experimental later in their career.
The single Talk Talk was released twice in 1982. First reaching number 52 and then a remix making number 23 after the success of top twenty hit Today. It's of its time without sounding dated.
