Track of the Week - 2 January 2022
So here's one by The Fall. Calendar was released as an extra track with the Masquerade single in early 1998. You may be surprised to hear that it was co-written with Badly Drawn Boy. (They met when Mark E Smith mistook BDB for a taxi and then left a set of dentures in the car. True story.)
The really observant of you or those with good memories (or both) may point out that I've used this before. I have but I've been busy so not much time to think about this more. I've been doing this nearly seven years so surely I'm allowed one.
Anyway I used the John Peel session version before and not this from the single so they're kind of different.
